KiiK Interiors have many years’ experience in the design and construction of cleanrooms, containment suites, laboratories and controlled areas. We not only construct cleanrooms, but will also refurbish and upgrade existing ones to meet current standards by updating air filtration/extraction, air conditioning, rewiring lighting, replacing walls, ceilings, doors and windows.
We are here to help. Whether you are upgrading existing areas, building a new facility or simply refurbishing, we offer a wide range of services from single day consultancy or assessment through to complex multi discipline design. This can include AutoCAD designs, liaising with building controls and dedicated site management.
We design and construct conventional cleanrooms in accordance with current European and US standards (ISO 14644), as well as also specializing in fast-track, low cost refurbishment and upgrading of existing controlled areas and cleanrooms. All of our rooms are designed to provide the highest level of reliability and practicality to suit your requirements.
Before undertaking any work, we will offer and conduct a free site survey as part of our introduction. Following this and any preliminary discussions, we will provide you with a quotation for any consultancy work you would like us to undertake. This may include further visits to site prior to the project kick-off for measurements and further inspection including sizing of rooms through to air flow analysis and particle counts.
Kiik Interiors have vast experience in designing and delivering first-class, bespoke air-filtration/extraction systems for cleanrooms, as well as maintenance once the system has been installed. These systems are key elements of cleanrooms due to the need for standards and conditions to be met. These include validated monitoring systems and purpose-built control systems to ensure all necessary conditions are met, managed and maintained.
We can also build and design cold stores, from small units to larger walk-in stores. These rooms are manufactured from composite panels and plastic coated galvanised steel and typically operate between temperatures of 0 and 5 degrees Celsius. Each part is finished and sealed to be hygienic and easy to clean. The stores can also be supplied with packaged chiller units which include standby units in case of unit failure, as well as documented commissioning and testing.
